In July 2025, The Wall Street Journal reported that Donald Trump was one of some 50 influential contributors to a 50th birthday book for Jeffrey Epstein. Trump denied sending wishes and sued the newspaper. In September 2025, the Epstein estate released a redacted version of the book which included a drawing and birthday wishes that appear to have Trump’s signature. Trump has repeatedly denied making the drawing or signing the wishes. Others who contributed to the birthday album include former U.S. Pres. Bill Clinton, fashion designer Vera Wang and attorney Alan Dershowitz.
