The body of St. Carlo Acutis is not considered incorrupt in the traditional sense, though it is remarkably preserved. While his body was found to be “fully integral” after his death, meaning it was complete and all organs were present, it was also noted that it had undergone the natural process of decomposition. A wax layer was applied to his face and hands to resemble how he looked before burial.
