One of the most important takeaways from my time working as a journalist was recognizing the broadening horizons of the media sector worldwide. During my first job as a sub-editor, delivering the news was largely the purview of professional organizations. Working at Britannica offers me the opportunity to provide deeper insight into events, a practice which is often overlooked in today’s fast-paced news cycle.
