Lucinda Hawksley is the author of Dickens's Artistic Daughter Katey: Her Life, Loves & Impact, Lizzie Siddal: The Tragedy of a Pre-Raphaelite Supermodel, and Essential Pre-Raphaelites. She is also an award-winning travel writer. Her work appears in Encyclopaedia Britannica as part of a joint publishing agreement with the publisher of 1001 Paintings You Must See Before You Die and 1001 Buildings You Must See Before You Die, where the work originally appeared.
